📦 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
While we do our best to assist, delays caused by natural events, festive rush, or courier issues are sometimes beyond our control.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery Time
· Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 4-7 working days
· Tier 2, 3 & Rural Areas: 10-12 working days
· (Delivery may take 2-3 extra days depending on your location.)
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹899. For orders below this, nominal shipping charges apply at checkout.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): A small COD fee may apply, shown at checkout.
Each piece is handcrafted with love to ensure quality and quick delivery (except pre-orders).
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Please note, there might be slight delays during busy seasons or sales.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
- You can also track your order directly through our website under “Track Order”.
Delivery Attempts
- You are requested to be available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from our delivery partner. If the pickup fails due to unavailability or unanswered calls, you may need to reschedule, which can delay the process.
- If undelivered after attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and re-delivery will require additional charges.
Serviceability
- While we ship to most pin codes in India, certain remote locations may not be serviceable.
- If your area is unserviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund or help find an alternative solution.

1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your payment option and confirm your order.
2. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. You can also track it on our Track Order page using your order ID.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most locations in India. Additional COD charges may apply.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We currently do not accept order cancellations once placed. Please shop thoughtfully.
5. What if I receive a damaged or missing item?
Please report any damage or missing product within 2 days of delivery with a 360° unboxing video. Without video proof, claims will not be accepted.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-day return window from delivery date. All approved returns are eligible for store credit only, no cash refunds.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
8. I missed my delivery, what should I do?
Our delivery partner will try 2 times. If unsuccessful, your order will return to us and you’ll need to pay shipping charges for re-delivery.
