Refund & Cancellation
We do not offer cash refunds. However, approved returns—such as in cases where the delivered item is incorrect, damaged, or defective—are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift voucher with unlimited validity.
Each product listing includes detailed information on color, fit, wash care, and other specifications to help you make an informed purchase. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen or display settings. For this reason, we cannot accept return requests based on minor color variations, texture, or perceived quality differences.
For claims relating to damaged items, a 360° unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the damage, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Incomplete evidence, tampered packaging, or unclear videos may result in rejection of the claim.
Once the return is received and validated, store credit will be issued within 7–8 business days. All claims are subject to final review and approval by Naarya Jewels.
All approved returns are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift voucher with unlimited validity.
Return shipping charge:
We carry out multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please report it to us within 2 days of delivery. A flat fee of ₹60 per order will be deducted from your store credit. This covers the cost of reverse pickup and handling. The voucher will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Note:
- You are requested to be available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from our delivery partner. If the pickup fails due to unavailability or unanswered calls, you may need to reschedule, which can delay the process.
- Some pin codes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup. In such cases, we may request you to ship the item back via an alternate courier.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellatins once an order is placed, due to operational reasons.
We encourage you to shop thoughtfully and avoid impulse orders.
