Eligibility

Pricing Policy

We strive to offer competitive prices, exciting product selections, and an easy shopping experience.

GST: All our listed prices are inclusive of applicable GST on jewellery.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Orders are processed after confirmation of item availability and successful payment.

Credit Card Details: By using your card, you confirm it legally belongs to you and all provided details are accurate.

Order Cancellation & Changes

To cancel or modify your order, email us at team.naarya@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.

For incorrect or damaged products, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
All decisions regarding cancellations are at the discretion of Naarya Jewels.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Pre-orders or customized products (full payment required at order time).
  • Used products will not be accepted.
  • Minor colour/design variations (due to screen settings or handmade nature).
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Failed deliveries after 2 attempts by the courier.

In case a refund is approved, only product value will be refunded. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

Promotions & Sales

  • Sale items are available only while stock lasts.
  • Sale duration, prices, and product listings may be changed at Naarya Jewels discretion.
  • No return or exchange on sale items.

Naarya Jewels reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or other unforeseen situations.
